LiveRus.com^® guarantees a 100% Customer refund if he or she is not fully satisfied with the Service. The Customer has 5 days after the access to the Service is granted to apply for a refund.

To receive a refund, the Customer may send an e-mail message to the following address: sales@liverus.com, including the text "REFUND APPLICATION" in the subject of the message. The message body must contain the following information:

• the User ID;
• the User full name and postal address;
• Service ID, like it was stated in the correspondent LiveRus.com^® confirmation message;
• LiveRus.com^® Order Number.
